How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by Stellaris. Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → SubscriptionsStellarisCancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are also handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Stellaris charge, and request a refund. We can't issue refunds directly, but if Apple denies a request that you believe was justified, write to us and we'll see what we can do.
How do I delete my account?
Open Stellaris → tap the gear in the chat header → scroll to the bottom → Sign Out. To permanently delete your data, email privacy@blueglass.app from the address you used to sign up. We'll permanently remove all your data within 30 days, per our privacy policy.
My chart looks wrong — what should I check?
Open Settings inside the app and verify your birth city, date, and time. Birth time is the most common source of wrong charts — even a 30-minute difference shifts your Rising sign and house cusps meaningfully. If your birth time is unknown, the chart still calculates, but Rising and houses won't be accurate.
Luna stopped responding / messages aren't going through.
This is almost always a temporary network or server issue. Try:
  1. Force-quit Stellaris and reopen it
  2. Check your connection (the app needs internet to chat)
  3. If it persists for more than an hour, email us with the rough time it started
I'm not getting daily notifications.
Check that notifications are allowed: iOS Settings → Notifications → Stellaris → Allow Notifications. Inside the app, open the gear menu and confirm "Daily Readings" is on. Luna sends a morning reading around 5 AM local time only when there's something specific to your chart worth saying — quiet days are by design.
I found a bug.
Thank you — bug reports are how the app gets better. Email support@blueglass.app with: what you were doing, what went wrong, your iOS version, and the app build number (Settings → bottom of screen). A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot if the issue is visual.
How do I change my birth details?
Open the gear menu → tap the profile card at the top → edit birth city, date, or time → Save. Your natal chart recalculates automatically.
